How quickly do you reply?

Can I see NotePlat before signing up?

Yes: open the demo customer page to see what your customers will see, or request a demo with the form. The 14-day free trial needs no credit card.

I have several restaurants or a franchise: what should I do?

Each restaurant has its own space. Choose "Several restaurants or a franchise" and tell us how many you run: we'll find the right plan.

How do I become a partner?

Apply on the affiliate program page. Once you're approved, you get your personal link and access to your partner space.

I left a review in a restaurant: can I change or remove it?

No: to guarantee their authenticity, reviews are final. Neither the restaurant nor NotePlat can change or remove them. They're anonymous: we never ask for your name, email or phone. A question about your data? Write to us and choose "I'm a restaurant customer".

I'm already a customer: where can I get help?

In your dashboard, under "Assistance": open a ticket and we'll reply right inside your account, with the whole conversation kept.
