Is the trial really free?
Yes. For 14 days you get every feature, Pro included (online ordering), without entering a credit card.
What happens at the end of the trial?
You choose your plan: Essential for reviews, or Pro to keep online ordering too, monthly or yearly. Nothing is charged without your agreement. You have 3 days to pay; after that your dashboard is paused, but your customers can still rate your dishes and their reviews wait for you.
How do I pay for my subscription?
By Mobile Money (MTN, Moov, Celtiis) or bank card, from your dashboard, under "My subscription". You're notified as soon as your payment is recorded.
Monthly or yearly: which should I choose?
Monthly, you pay each month (4,500 FCFA for Essential, 7,500 FCFA for Pro) and stop whenever you like. Yearly, you pay 12 months in advance with a 20% discount: 43,200 FCFA for Essential (3,600 FCFA a month) or 72,000 FCFA for Pro (6,000 FCFA a month). You can start monthly and switch to yearly later.
Is the price per restaurant?
Yes: 4,500 FCFA per month for Essential, 7,500 FCFA for Pro (or 3,600 FCFA and 6,000 FCFA yearly), for each location. Several locations? Write to us and let's talk.
Is there a commitment?
Not on the monthly plan: stop whenever you like. The yearly plan is paid 12 months in advance, in exchange for a 20% discount.
Is there a limit on reviews or dishes?
No. Dishes, reviews and QR codes are unlimited, whatever the size of your restaurant.
How do Pro plan orders work?
Your customer scans the QR code on their table (or opens your restaurant's link for takeaway), picks their dishes and orders from their phone, without installing anything: they simply create a NotePlat account in a minute, with Google or their email. The order lands in your dashboard right away, with a ring. You accept it, prepare it, then mark it ready in one tap: the customer is notified on their phone. They pay on site, as usual.
Do I need any equipment to receive orders?
No. Orders arrive in your dashboard, on the phone, tablet or computer you already have. Your current QR codes work for ordering too: nothing to reprint.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time, from "My subscription". When you move to Pro, it switches on as soon as you pay. When you go back to Essential, you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid. Your reviews, dishes and QR codes never change.
