How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. The affiliate program is free with no commitment.
When do I get paid?
When a restaurant you referred pays for its subscription. During its 14-day free trial, no commission is due. Your commissions are paid out every month once your balance reaches 5,000 FCFA.
What if the restaurant doesn't subscribe after the trial?
Then there's no commission. You are only paid for restaurants that become customers.
What if the restaurant can't open my link?
Give them your referral code (in your partner space). When creating their account, they tap “I have a referral code” and type it: they're linked to you just like with the link.
How much will I earn per restaurant?
20% of every payment for the first 12 months of the subscription: 900 FCFA per month if the restaurant pays monthly (up to 10,800 FCFA in total), or 8,640 FCFA if it pays yearly.
How long is my link valid?
90 days. If the owner clicks your link and signs up later within that period, they're still linked to you. If several partners recommended them, the last link clicked counts.
How do I get paid?
By Mobile Money (MTN, Moov) or PayPal, every month.
How do I track my results?
In your partner space, where you log in with your email and the password you chose when applying: visits, sign-ups, subscriptions, commissions and payouts, updated in real time.
Do I need to be a NotePlat customer?
No. Anyone can become a partner, restaurant owner or not.
Can I refer my own restaurant?
No: signing up your own business doesn't earn a commission.
