Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone's camera and the review page opens straight away, with no account to create. With the Pro plan, to order, they simply create a NotePlat account in a minute, still without installing anything.
Are reviews published online?
Never. Only the manager sees them, in a password-protected dashboard. That's what lets customers be honest.
How do I know which team cooked a dish?
Every review is automatically filed under lunch (before 4 pm) or dinner, based on your restaurant's time zone. The dashboard compares both and flags dishes that are less successful at one service.
How do I print the QR codes?
In your dashboard, open the “QR codes” page: enter the number of tables, then print. You can also download the QR code as an image for your menus or posters.
Can a customer send lots of fake reviews?
Each phone is limited to 3 submissions per hour, and an invisible filter blocks bots. Still spot fake reviews (a competitor, repeated submissions)? Report them from your Reviews page: the NotePlat team removes them from your rating. A review is never removed for being negative.
I change my menu often. Is that a problem?
No. Add, rename or hide a dish in seconds. Reviews of hidden dishes are kept.
Can I manage several restaurants?
Yes. Each restaurant has its own account, with its own dishes, QR codes and statistics.
How much does it cost?
